wuxi!!!

alrite, finally some time off to do some posting... i shall tok bout wuxi den.. was there for a day over a weekend.. its located in jiangsu province; an hr train ride from shanghai.. okok.. since im on tis, i came to realise that there are many places to be explored out of shanghai with gd short travelling distances... its more den juz gg to JB on weekends, it feels like gg overseas every now and den cos these places are tourist attractions and best all of they are near to shanghai.. train tics are cheap.. like a single trip on the bullet train to nanjing is only bout 90rmb($18).. n u get the best out of nanjing.. oh btw juz got back from nanjing.. but shall tok bout it next time..
kk back to wuxi.. went on a tour gp with ah long(aka longhui) n her cbe gang.. alrite the most tokabout tt took place for tt trip was a couple of our frens actually missed the wuxi stop and ended up in nanjing.. their wuxi trip totally wasted!! a pity... anyway wuxi wasnt really fantastic other den the san guo cheng where they supposedly filmed san guo yan yi (romance of the 3 kingdom). haizzzz... only managed to spend 30 mins there thou cos of poor planning from the tour guide.. disappointment!!!!! will probably go back there if i haf a choice in future.. like the san guo cheng place.. other den tt, we saw xi si( one of the 4 biggest prettiest gals), hmm, real pearls from the shell thing, and the gods' island where there are statues of gods ard.. the pics will elaborate..
anyway bottomline, try to avoid gg on tour wif tour agencies.. disappointment.. they planned too many trips to commercialised areas.. try free and easy.. kk currently sleep deficiency.. will be back soon... :)

hahaha... 2 weeks of sch haf gone by... so far class has been rather slack... language n history classes.. almost asleep both time.. 1st day of sch includes orientation ard the school.. meeting the local students.. visit the female hostels tt guys are strictly forbidden entry but i managed to sneak in anyway.. a taste of the canteen at fudan.. a taste of being a Fudan student.. hahaha..
anyway there was tis incident wen we were exloring fudan n we chanced upon this couple in a park.. check out wat they were doing in the bell!! hahaha... theres this gp of tourists who were like shouting, in chinese of coz 'what are they doing uh?' repeatedly.. quite funny...
den there's this green patch of grass in front of our building in fudan tt resembles the harvard grass you see in movies.. ppl were all sitting/lying ard, so we tot we sld do likewise n took a couple of pics there..
2nd week of fudan was spent at history class and excursion at the shanghai museum.. we practically took up every seats in the public bus there.. resembles a school bus somehow.. (alrite we had to take public there cos there wasnt any bus catered to us).. had a hair cut at tiffany at ren ming square for 78rmb.. skill was there, service wasnt satisfactory..
oh ya.. happy belated birthday evon and huilin!! stay pretty... till den... pics coming rite up...

oh.. if u guys nv knew y 'yuan xiao jie' is chinese valentine day, here goes..

according to a colleague, previously gals r not allowed to go out on the streets but they r only allowed to do so during 'yuan xiao jie'.. this is wen they play wif 'dui lian' and thus meet their eventual spouse... u noe like wen the gal says 'the bed front bright moon', den the guy muz say 'yi shi di shan shuang.. sth along tt line..

n ya happy 22nd weiling!!! hope it was memorable.. stay pretty and cheerful...

Great news!!! sch's starting on fri!!! yeah!!! 4 days work week from now on!!!

‘pineapple tarts'

i tot i sld dedicate tis particular post to our beloved 3号女人...


Since v-day is drawing near, n the 3号女人 realised there r 6 pathetic guys staying down at level 5, they decided to do a little sth for us.. so they stayed up late n created 6 pineapples tarts for us guys.. each with our individual names and a little note... caught most of us by surprise tis morning wen we woke up and found them in the room.. really appreciates the effort..
